We are constantly upgrading our computer technology so that it is both highly effective and compatible with your computer system. That allows us to prepare and transmit pleadings to you by e-mail that are in file-ready form when you receive them. If you prefer, we can also dictate pleadings and have them typed by your staff.
We keep current in our practice areas by subscribing to hard copy and on-line services such as the Los Angeles Daily Journal and Law.com, which provide us with the latest appellate decisions on a daily basis. We also frequently attend important Rutter Group and CEB seminars, such as annual Update seminars on Civil Procedure and other relevant areas.
We increase our cost-effectiveness by maintaining a full library of Rutter Group Practice Guides. For specialized research, we use Lexis/Nexis; and for all research we use Shepards to verify that all cited cases are good law. To the extent necessary, we also have access to the San Diego County Law Library, which is only five minutes from our office.
