After being associated with various law firms for approximately 10 years and having his own firm for 10 years, Mr. Huston realized that what he enjoyed most was the practice of law rather than the business of law. He recognized that his strengths as a business litigator were in the pre-trial process, especially with regard to law and motion practice. He also realized that he enjoyed assisting other attorneys whose calendars did not provide the large blocks of time required to research and prepare complex motions such as motions for summary adjudication. As a business litigation contract attorney, Mr. Huston is able to do what he does best and enjoys most. |
